This adventure will take you along the scenic Bergen Railway, the Flam Railway, the Aurlandsfjord, the Naeroyfjord, and the Stalheimskleiva. Once in Bergen, check in to your hotel where the rest of your evening is at your leisure.
Bergen is a charming port city with much history; its oldest (and most distinctive) buildings are in the old Hanseatic port district of Bryggen. For 400 years, Bergen was an important city within the Hanseatic League, which dominated trade in the North Sea and Baltic Sea regions. The History Museum has several exhibits that document this period. If you're a music lover, you might visit the Edvard Grieg Museum, once the home of Norway's most famous composer.
(Breakfast, Oslo; Accommodations, Bergen)
This morning revel in the beauty of the fjords, mountains, and waterfalls that surround Bergen on a fjord cruise to Mostraumen - a narrow waterway with towering cliffs on both sides that boats are just able to pass through. Along the way you'll sail past several waterfalls and if your fortunes are right, you'll be able to collect fresh mountain water as it falls for you to taste. After passing through Mostraumen, return to Bergen where the rest of the afternoon is at your leisure.

Don't miss Gamla Stan, Stockholm's oldest attraction and one of the best preserved medieval city centers in the world. Finally, stroll through the lovely Kings Garden before walking through the beautiful Old Town area, where medieval alleyways and architecture are the norm. Stop here one last time for some sweet treats before ending your tour. Afterwards, the rest of the afternoon is at your leisure.
