Santiago:

One of the best ways to experience Santiago is through its history. Your guide will begin your tour at Santa Lucia Hill, with a great view of the city below. Your tour continues to Plaza de Armas (the main square), the central point of the city's earliest urbanization.

The next stop will be the Pre-Columbian Art Museum, a pioneering initiative for Latin America to create an institution to disseminate the artistic legacy of all Pre-Columbian people in America without regard to political boundaries that divide countries today. Finally, we will visit Plaza de la Constitucion square to see La Moneda government palace. Here, your guide will explain this historical milestone from independence to present day. To end our tour we will visit two of the oldest barrios of Santiago: Republica and Concha y Toro.

This evening, a special wine and dine experience awaits you at La Vinocracia. This exquisite wine restaurant is known for its friendly and well-informed staff, each with vast sommelier experience. Upon arrival, you'll have a brief description of Chile's exquisite wines, and then proceed to a savory dinner. On its menu, you can expect to find a wide variety of dishes ranging from seafood to Chilean specialties. Among the many highlights of this restaurant is its grand selection of over 1,000 national and international wines (from Argentina, France, Spain, Italy, New Zealand, among others). Each one of your meal courses will be accompanied with the perfect glass of wine. In addition, one of its owners is recognized as the only Master Sommelier in Chile and Latin America. This is the perfect setting to enjoy an unforgettable night.
