Langhe:
After breakfast, your driver will pick up you for an exciting private cooking class at Dindina Farmhouse. You will set out into the beautiful countryside to Neviglie, a charming town nestled into the hills. Gorgeous views and luscious vineyards will accompany you on your short journey before arriving to the farmhouse, dating back to the 16th century. You will be greeted by our lovely instructor, Signora Delfina, who will show you around the farm before the cooking class. She will teach you some of her most beloved recipes such as vitello tonnato (veal with tuna sauce), agnolotti (a variation of ravioli), risotto, and a desert. To end this experience, Delfina's husband will take you to his private cellar for an exquisite glass or Nebbiolo or Barbaresco, personally produced. Enjoy the fruit of your work on the outdoor terrace overlooking the vineyards. Return to your hotel and rest or continue to explore this magnificent region.
