Arrive Reykjavik:
Arriving into Iceland, the junction country for the Atlantic and Artic Oceans, you will be shuttled to your selected Hotel. After checking in you will have some free time to explore the city on your own.

Reykjavik:
After breakfast you will be picked up to begin your wondrous Glacier tour. Riding along Iceland's scenic south shore you will reach the Solheimajokull glacier tongue, extending down from its mother glacier; this is where you will begin your 1-1.5 hour Glacier Walk. Safety equipment will be provided, but dress weather appropriately. On the way back to Reykajvik you will stop at the picturesque waterfalls of Skogafoss and Seljalandsfoss, said to have once been a favorite hiding place for Vikings treasures.

Reykjavik to Fludir:
This morning, pick up your rental car and take the 1.25 hour drive to Fludir, a small village set in picturesque countryside. This is an important historical site; nearby is Skålholt Cathedral, the home of one of Iceland's two bishops and a historic seat of church power for over 700 years. The Cathedral sits on a low hill, affording good views of the surrounding area. An archeological site next to the present cathedral is revealing some of the early history of this area, considered sacred by Icelandians.

The Secret Lagoon is a natural pool located in the village of Fludir. It's a great place to go for a swim, but go in the early evening, after all the tour busses have left. Admission is extra.

Fludir to Akureyri:
This morning, start your 5.5 hour drive to Akureyri, Iceland's second-largest city, in northern Iceland. After arriving, check into your Hotel, then spend some time exploring around this charming town.

Myvatn, Mystery, and Magic - Game of Thrones Tour: Venture to the Land beyond the Wall and visit the filming sets of the popular series Game of Thrones. After a day of beautiful waterfalls, volcanoes, unusual lava rock formations, steaming hot springs, bubbling mud pools and mysterious landscape you`ll end the day with a splash at Myvatn Nature Baths.

Shared Akureyri Arctic Coastline and Micro Brewery: The Arctic Coastline and Micro Brewery Tour gives you an opportunity to experience the coastal life in Eyjafjordur Fjord and Trollaskagi Peninsula. Drive along the beautiful seaside and admire the views, before reaching Kaldi Brewery, Iceland's first micro-brewery. Here, you will indulge in the local products along with their finest of brews.

Akureyri to Reykjavik:
After a leisurely morning, take the 4.5 hour drive back to Reykjavik via Road 1, the Ring Road. You will pass farms, grassy fields, birch forests and tundra-like landscape on this drive. Arrive in Reykjavik in the afternoon and turn in your rental car, then enjoy a last evening in the capital.

Blue Lagoon and Departure:
After checking out of your hotel, you'll have a shuttle transfer to Keflavik Airport with a stop at the Blue Lagoon on the way. The Lagoon is a unique natural pool of mineral rich geothermal water located in the middle of a lava field in the pure, beautiful Icelandic wilderness. The Blue Lagoon is known for its special properties and its beneficial effect on the skin and attracts visitors from all over the world in search of health and relaxation.
