Arrive Zurich:

After arrival in Zurich pick up your rental car and check in at your hotel. Parking at the hotel is included. Depending on arrival time you'll have the opportunity to discover the world famous shopping mile Bahnhofstrasse or stroll along the banks of Lake Zurich. Overnight in Zurich.

Zurich to St. Gallen:

Start your drive to St. Gallen and consider a stop at the Rhine Falls, the most powerful waterfall in Europe, along the way. St. Gallen's picturesque Old Town features charming 16th and 17th century houses and its Baroque cathedral houses thousands-year old documents in its Abbey Library. Overnight in St. Gallen.

St. Gallen to Davos:

St. Gallen to Davos: Your journey continues in the highest town in the Alps, Davos, that is naturally a winter sport metropolis and has unmatched panoramic views. On your drive, stop in Appenzell, famous for Appenzeller cheese, or Maienfeld, known as the setting for the novel Heidi. Overnight in Davos.

Davos to Lugano:

From Davos, head south for a taste of Italy in Lugano and take in the scenic mountain vistas that surround you on your way. Lugano's Swiss-Mediterranean mix of cultures is apparent in both its distinct architecture and cuisine. Go for a walk in the piazza and enjoy the mountain views over Lake Lugano. Overnight in Lugano.

Lugano to Zermatt:

Head west to Zermatt, lying at the foot of the famous Matterhorn. As this vacation destination is a car-free zone in order to preserve its original character, you will drive to Täsch, park the car there, and take the 12-minute train into Zermatt (train from Täsch to Zermatt is included). Overnight in Zermatt.

Zermatt to Montreux:

From Zermatt, take the (included) shuttle train back to Täsch, pick up your car, and continue on to Montreux. Take in the postcard views of Lake Geneva in Montreux from the flower-lined promenade that stretches alongside it. Head to the nearby Lavaux Vineyards for an exclusive Swiss wine experience. Overnight in Montreux.

Montreux to Gstaad:

After your drive past Lake Geneva and through the mountains, you'll reach the world-famous holiday resort of Gstaad whose soaring mountains and modest chalets feel untouched by modernity. Overnight in Gstaad.

Gstaad to Lucerne:

From Gstaad you will pass through Interlaken, located between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz, on your way to Lucerne. Marvel at the preserved medieval architecture in Lucerne's colorful Old Town and take in views over Lake Lucerne. Overnight in Lucerne.

Depart Lucerne:
