Calafate:

Early morning departure at 8:00 a.m. for a full day excursion to Perito Moreno Glacier. Travel one hour from Calafate (50 miles) to the glacier, with stops for picture taking. You will spend three hours on the glacier balconies, walking along pathways and stopping at viewpoints. Late afternoon return to your hotel in Calafate.

Calafate to Puerto Natales:

Check out and transfer to the bus stop. Take the bus from El Calafate to Puerto Natales, a scenic journey that lasts about 5.5 hours. Upon arrival in Puerto Natales, transfer to your chosen hotel.

Puerto Natales:

Depart for a full day tour to Torres del Paine National Park. The crown jewel of the park are the three sheer granite towers, the Towers of Paine, which dominate the landscape. The tour of the Park includes visits to Salto Grande, a powerful waterfall between Lago Nordenskjold and Lago Pehoe, and Lago Grey with its ice floes. In the late afternoon, transfer to your selected hotel.

Puerto Natales:

Ready for another glacial adventure? Depart Puerto Natales by boat, crossing through the Senoret Channel. Visit Frigorifico Bories National Historic Monument, which was founded in 1913 by the Tierra del Fuego Exploratory Society and has been the most important fishery in the region for more than 60 years. On our way, we will visit the condor cliffs and waterfalls as we head to Mount Balmaceda, 2,035 meters in height, where we will appreciate the glacier of the same name. Then we will disembark in Puerto Toro and take a guided walk on the banks of the Tempano Lagoon through a native deciduous forest of coigue, nirres and ciruelillos, towards the Serrano Glacier. Here we will take in and appreciate the vegetation and the contrast between the sky and the sea ice, accompanied by the imposing Serrano Glacier. After witnessing this unique landscape we return to enjoy savory roasted lamb on a stick, Magellan style, at the Estancia Eberhard, Puerto Consuelo.
