Day 1: Upon arrival in Zurich, depending on when you arrive, you’ll have time to get acquainted with this thriving city. Day 4: Another day of train travel, but this time it will be aboard one of the best known routes in the world: Glacier Express. Traveling from St. Moritz to Zermatt, this 6-hour train ride will take you through some of the most awe-inspiring scenery found in the world. Travel through untouched mountain landscapes, deep gorges, and picturesque valleys, as well as 91 tunnels and across 291 bridges. Day 5: Under the gaze of the well-known Matterhorn, Zermatt opens its arms to visitors year-round. Day 6: Enjoy a leisurely breakfast, before checking-out and boarding the train for Grindewald, approximately a 3 hour train, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the afternoon in Grindelwald if you leave in the morning from Zermatt.
Explore the Eiger Mountains, visit the Jungfraujoch via Kleine Scheidegg to enjoy one of the best views in all of Switzerland.
